The Studio
Built in 1888 as a Wesleyan Methodist Chapel we purchased the building in October 2022 and converted it into a premium fitness studio to create a permanent residence for all current and future clients having rented a space in a nearby village when the business started in April 2018. The studio is used exclusively for clients only either on a one-to-one basis, partner sessions or small group training.
Equipment
Having worked in the industry for so long I made a conscious effort to only include equipment which I knew can have the biggest effect on people's goals and enjoyment. Sessions can then be tailored to clients' goals, ability levels and likes/dislikes. The large range of kit also allows for greater session variety to reduce boredom and improve consistency
Facilities
The studio contains both heating & cool air-conditioning depending on the time of year for a supremely comfortable experience. We monitor humidity in order to maintain this comfortable environment. The building also houses a relaxed waiting room with free WIFI and toilet facilities with changing area. Plus, with everyone's safety of utmost importance and for added peace of mind, we also have our own on-site defibrillator....hopefully never needed but better safe than sorry.
